Thank you for visiting this blog about the Property Market in Oxford. Both of us (Bill and Richard) and our excellent colleagues, run and manage the Martin and Co office in Oxford.

We have always shared our thoughts on the local property market in Oxford with our landlords and homeowners, but now we want to share that relevant and interesting information with everyone in the City.

In this blog, we will talk about what is happening in the city’s property market itself, even looking at specific streets or housing estates. At other times, we will post what we consider decent buy to let deals.

Some will be on the market with ourselves (as we also sell property), but others will be on the market with other agents in Oxford, as we like to look at the whole of market and give you, what we consider the best investment opportunities in Oxford (irrespective of which agent is seeing the property)
